Tanya J. Halden, ATC, LMT, MDNC, Owner
Tanya started Body Balance as a private practice in 1999 and later expanded it to a multi-therapist practice in 2008. She received her BS in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine from the University of North Dakota in 1998. Shortly there after, she earned her Massage Therapy certification from Colorado School of Healing Arts. In addition, she holds a Personal Training certification from the American Council on Exercise. In October 2020 she advanced her training and obtained her Master Dry Needling Certification, which she offers at our office. She has over 20 years experience in the medical massage/rehab/manual therapy field from not only running Body Balance, but also working side by side with a chiropractor from 1998-2019. When she’s not working, she is spending time with her husband Brian, their daughter Logan, and their dogs.

Samantha Hall, LMT
As a massage therapist since 2014, Samantha really loves what she does. She likes to combine the long relaxing strokes of Swedish massage with deeper pressure to help alleviate pain and tension, however she knows this is your massage and she is happy to adjust the pressure however and whenever you need it. Samantha received her Myofascial release certification in 2020 and likes to incorporate it during the massage so she can work deeper muscles. When she isn’t working, she loves spending time with her husband and daughter as well as reading, doing arts and crafts, and camping in the mountains during the summer.
